San Fernando teachers complete specialized university diplomas

Teachers from the Municipal Educational System (SEM) in San Fernando have completed two specialized university diplomas aimed at enhancing teaching quality and educational support.

Through an agreement between the Municipality of the Capital’s Secretariat of Education and Culture and the Faculty of Humanities at the National University of Catamarca (UNCa), 28 primary and secondary teachers completed a diploma in Text Comprehension and Critical Reading. Additionally, two teachers and six inclusion support teachers (MAI) earned diplomas in Learning Problems in Inclusion Contexts with a Neuroscience Approach.

The training programs, which took place at Municipal School No. 2 ‘Juan Oscar Ponferrada’, are part of a continuous professional development policy to strengthen inclusive education and student learning trajectories.
