San Francisco 49ers face injury concerns with Kyle Juszczyk and Mike Evans

San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk suffered a knee injury during the fourth quarter of a 24-14 victory over the Denver Broncos. Juszczyk's right knee hyperextended following a hit by Broncos cornerback Jahdae Barron.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan provided an optimistic update, stating that the injury appeared to be a knee sprain and that Juszczyk’s ACL “appeared to be intact.” The team is awaiting MRI results to confirm the extent of the damage.

Additionally, 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans continued to play through a fractured rib sustained last week. Despite wearing a protective cover and appearing to be in significant pain, Evans recorded three receptions for 50 yards in the first half.
