San Francisco Man Sentenced for Home Sale Fraud; Real Estate Investor Charged in Child Sex Sting

Darron Dale Singleton Jr. was convicted of multiple felonies after attempting to sell a deceased homeowner’s Bay Area property using forged documents and an attorney’s ID. He pleaded no contest to five charges, including forgery, perjury and identity theft, and faces up to four years in state prison with sentencing set for September 18. Reuben Teague, a 50‑year‑old former Prudential Financial executive and current head of PGIM, was arrested in a San Francisco online child‑sex sting.
