San Francisco Municipality distributes second CRESOL installment to students

The Municipality of San Francisco has completed the disbursement of the second installment of the 2026 Cresol (Créditos Solidarios) program. A total of 129 students who began university or tertiary studies this year received the payment.

Under the program, each beneficiary receives two installments of $200,000, totaling $400,000 for the academic cycle. This year, the municipal investment reached $51,600,000, representing an increase of approximately 38% compared to 2025.

Pablo Ambrosino, General Director of Sciences, confirmed that the number of beneficiaries remained stable compared to the previous year. The initiative, now in its 16th edition, is designed to support first-year students with expenses related to their studies, whether they attend local institutions or must travel to other locations.
