San Francisco Solano celebrates 77th anniversary with infrastructure announcements

San Francisco Solano celebrated its 77th anniversary with community events and announcements regarding local infrastructure. Provincial Deputy Mayra Mendoza and interim Quilmes Mayor Eva Mieri participated in the festivities.

Mieri announced that under the 2025/27 Biannual Plan, the municipality aims to reach 350 blocks of new paving by 2027, building upon the 322 blocks already constructed. She emphasized a strategic shift toward developing the city's periphery.

Other highlighted projects include the construction of municipal kindergarten buildings, the Higher Institute of Teacher and Technical Training No. 83, a municipal swimming pool, the Ciudad de los Deportes Park, and renovations at Hospital Oller. Mendoza also reaffirmed her commitment to ongoing works related to the San Francisco and Las Piedras streams.
