San Ginesio begins construction on new post-earthquake school complex
Construction has officially begun on a new school complex in San Ginesio, marking a major milestone in the town's post-earthquake reconstruction efforts. The project, funded through special earthquake reconstruction ordinances, will consolidate the ‘G. Ciarlantini’ nursery school, the ‘F. Allevi’ primary school, and the ‘A. Gentili’ higher education institute into a single modern facility.
The new complex is designed to serve both students and the broader community, featuring a new canteen, a gymnasium, and an auditorium. The works, managed through an integrated tender, have been awarded to a group consisting of LE. IL Costruzioni Srl and Consorzio Ciro Menotti. The construction period is expected to last 770 days.
