The seventh edition of Chalet Royal, an upscale gastronomic event organized by Chalet dei Gourmet, is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026, in San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy. The event sold out in less than 24 hours following its announcement.

Curated by sommelier and patron Giuseppe Sollazzo, the event features a high-profile selection of luxury products, including Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Château Galoupet, Wagyu A5 beef, Calvisius caviar, and Alba white truffle.
