San Ignacio to host inaugural ‘El Sazón del Rancho’ gastronomic festival

The historic town of San Ignacio in Mulegé, Baja California Sur, will host the inaugural gastronomic festival ‘El Sazón del Rancho’ on October 17. The event was organized by the Committee of Tourism Service Providers to promote regional products, local traditions, and the community's culinary identity.

Municipal President Edith Aguilar Villavicencio stated that the festival aims to recognize the work of local families and producers while strengthening tourism activities. The program includes a traditional horse ride, exhibitions and sales of regional products, tastings, typical product contests, folk dance performances, and live music.
