San José de Ocoa hosts local garden entrepreneurship

In San José de Ocoa, a local entrepreneurship project known as ‘El Conuco de Yeri y Diana’ has established a garden, nursery, and small shop within a historic wooden residence. Located at the corner of Carreras and La Altagracia, the property is owned by Dr. Emil Isa and Maritza Subero.

Managed by a young couple, Yeri and Diana, the site features a vegetable garden growing leeks, parsley, cilantro, lettuce, and spinach, alongside a nursery for ornamental plants. The business operates Monday through Saturday, offering fresh produce and fruits to the community.
