San José hosts first Production Biennial in Entre Ríos

The first edition of the San José Production Biennial, organized by the Alejo Peyret Business Civil Association, took place at the Las Camelias premises near Pueblo Liebig. The event featured more than 100 exhibitors from various sectors, including metallurgy, poultry, pork, construction, technology, meat processing, and financial services.

During the opening ceremony, Minister of Economic Development Guillermo Bernaudo emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships for sustainable development. He noted that the provincial government is prioritizing infrastructure investments, specifically targeting road improvements, rural electrification, and port development to support regional growth.

The event also included the “Energies for Development” forum, led by engineer Elbio Woeffray. The forum addressed the energy challenges facing the Entre Ríos province and their impact on industrial and economic productivity. Local authorities, including Mayor Gustavo Bastian and Vice-Mayor Mirta Pérez, participated in the discussions to strengthen ties between the public sector and the regional business community.
