San Juan del Río launches inclusive high school program for students with disabilities

The Bachillerato Incluyente program has launched at the COBAQ campus 10 in San Juan del Río, Querétaro. The initiative is designed to expand access to upper secondary education for students with disabilities.

San Juan del Río Mayor Roberto Cabrera Valencia and the Director General of the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Querétaro (COBAQ), León Enrique Bolaño Mendoza, led the ceremony marking the start of the 2026-B semester. The program aims to provide educational opportunities for students with auditory, visual, or motor disabilities, facilitating their potential transition to university-level studies. Bolaño Mendoza noted that COBAQ is currently the only public upper secondary institution in Querétaro providing this specific type of specialized attention.
