The Municipal Government of San Juan del Río has reached agreements with the Sindicato Único de Trabajadores al Servicio del Municipio de San Juan del Río (SUTSMSJR), led by Gregorio López González, to address key worker demands.

Key outcomes include the reinstatement of a physician to provide medical services and the return to the previous system for managing worker healthcare. Additionally, the municipality has allocated a budget to address pending surgeries, which will be performed gradually with priority given to urgent cases.

The administration also confirmed that workers who participated in the protest held on Friday, September 11, at the Centro Cívico will face no repercussions, reiterating respect for union activities.
