San Juan to host XIV Justice of Misdemeanors Conference

The Ministry of Government has announced the XIV Justice of Misdemeanors Conference of the Argentine Republic, scheduled for October 8 and 9, 2026, in San Juan. The event will take place at the Lawyers' Forum of San Juan Auditorium.

Centered on the theme of “Municipal Justice of Misdemeanors and its interaction with Provincial Justice,” the conference aims to bring together judicial authorities, professionals, and specialists to analyze competencies, procedures, and challenges within misdemeanor justice. The program includes panels on waste management, consumer rights, public health, and the application of the Lara Law.

Additional topics for discussion include traffic fines involving foreign nationals, road safety, mining sector transit, and the modernization of misdemeanor justice through intelligent collection tools. The event seeks to strengthen dialogue between municipalities and provincial organisms to address common legal and administrative issues.
