Latin America reports diverse criminal activity and police operations

Various criminal incidents and law enforcement actions have been reported across Latin America. In Colombia, the Personería of Tunja has regained its offices in the Mayor's office following a previous eviction, while authorities in Bogotá seized over 8,500 bottles of adulterated liquor and falsified security elements in a major crackdown on illegal commerce.

In Argentina, police have conducted multiple operations, including a large-scale raid in Quilmes and Florencio Varela resulting in 18 arrests and the seizure of narcotics and firearms. Other reported incidents include a robbery at a cafe in Villa Devoto involving a suspect breaking a door with their head, an attempted robbery of a money changer in Clorinda, and various arrests related to public disorder and drug possession.

In Mexico, a suspect was detained in Soledad for alleged involvement in several convenience store robberies. In Uruguay, authorities are searching for a suspect linked to a June homicide in Maldonado. Additionally, in the Dominican Republic, a minor surrendered to police following involvement in a homicide and other violent crimes.
