San Lorenzello hosts National Award for Legality and Justice 2026

The third edition of the National Award for Legality and Justice 2026 was held in San Lorenzello, attended by Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi. The event, organized through an inter-institutional protocol involving the Prefecture of Benevento and local cultural entities, focused on the theme ‘The Person at the Center’ to promote civil commitment and the culture of legality.

The ceremony included a tribute to Antonio Cestari, a public security officer killed by the Red Brigades in Milan. Additionally, the mayors of San Lorenzello and Amaseno renewed their town twinning agreement during the proceedings.
