San Luis authorities deploy mobile alert systems for public safety

Authorities in San Luis province are expanding digital security tools to enhance public safety. In the AMEP neighborhood of San Luis city, Governor Claudio Poggi inaugurated six new citizen alarm devices, providing the area with full coverage. The system utilizes a free mobile application that allows residents to activate an alarm and establish direct communication with 911 operators during emergencies.

Similarly, in Clodomira, Mayor Daniel Ruiz announced the upcoming implementation of an alert button via an Android application. This tool, developed in collaboration with provincial police, links users to the local Monitoring Center and the 16th Police Station. The application is intended to assist with criminal incidents, traffic accidents, and reporting vandalism or public property damage.
