San Luis Capital in San Luis Potosí will host the 14th International Festival of Tunas and Studentinas (Feinte) from July 31 to August 2. The event will take place in the Plaza de Armas and other historic‑center venues, featuring ensembles from Mexico, Portugal and Chile.

The opening ceremony on Friday includes performances by the Tuna Magisterial Potosina, Estudiantina Andaluza Potosina, Tuna Decanos de la UASLP, Tuna Huasteca Real, Tuna Colonial Potosina and Tuna Femenina Universitaria Potosina. Subsequent days bring additional Mexican groups and international participants such as Tuna Santo Tomás de Arica (Chile) and Tuna Portucalense (Portugal), a street parade, evening concerts and a final awards ceremony. The festival is part of Mayor Enrique Galindo Ceballos' cultural‑tourism strategy to boost historic‑center visitation and preserve traditional music.
