San Luis governor announces 236 families to receive homes on Nov 21
Governor Claudio Poggi handed out pre‑allocation certificates to families selected under the provincial “Tenemos Futuro” housing program in the city of San Luis, Argentina. A total of 236 families will receive keys to their new homes on 21 November.
The ceremony, attended by Mayor Gastón Hissa, Housing Secretary Juan Pablo Torres and Architecture Director Mariana Ortiz, added 86 families to the 150 that received certificates in May. The houses, built east of Lafinur Avenue as part of a new neighbourhood slated to contain 800 homes by 2025, are 57 m² on 312 m² lots and include a kitchen‑dining area, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and basic utilities (water, electricity, gas).
Torres told the pre‑adjudicated families, “Ustedes ahora están un pasito más cerca…”, while Ortiz described the spacious lot size and layout of the new dwellings.
