San Luis launches literary contest to publish five works

The Government of San Luis, through its Ministry of Tourism and Culture, has announced a literary contest designed to promote reading and writing while showcasing local authors. The initiative, presented by Judith Aguilar and Liliana Pairone, aims to support both established writers and those who have not yet published their work.

The contest includes five categories: short stories, tales, essays, novels, and poetry. A jury composed of local literary figures will select one winning work per genre. The prizes consist of the formal publication of the five winning pieces through the San Luis Libro editorial imprint.

Participation is open to adults born in the province of San Luis or those who can prove five years of residency. The call for entries begins on November 2 and concludes on December 30. Submissions must be sent in PDF format using a pseudonym, while required documentation must include the participant's real identity.
