State and municipal authorities in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, have completed a major renovation of the Camino a la Libertad corridor. The project, coordinated by Governor Ricardo Gallardo, Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz, and local officials, added concrete pavement, upgraded water and drainage networks, installed new lighting and signage, and is reported to improve daily travel for thousands of families, traders and transporters.

Separately, the Villa de Pozos municipality, led by President Paty Aradillas, began the formal municipalization of five urban housing developments. Director Jorge Mejía said the process will grant legal certainty to residents, expand municipal service coverage such as waste collection and security, and support orderly growth in the area.
