San Luis Potosí begins construction of Don Miguel Recreational Unit

Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona has launched the construction of the new Don Miguel Recreational Unit in the capital of San Luis Potosí. The project represents an investment of 8.73 million pesos and is expected to directly benefit more than 3,000 residents.

The facility will transform a public space into a community hub featuring a soccer field, multi-use courts, bleachers, and children's playgrounds. Additional amenities include a pet zone, a jogging track, an outdoor gym, green areas, and a multi-purpose hall. The administration stated that the project aims to provide modern, safe, and accessible infrastructure to neighborhoods that previously lacked such resources, promoting healthy lifestyles and community integration.
