San Luis Potosí digital transport platforms abandon SCT registration

Digital transport platforms have abandoned the registration process with the Secretariat of Communications and Transport (SCT) in San Luis Potosí. According to SCT head Araceli Martínez Acosta, the companies had previously sought legal recourse to initiate the registration process and were subsequently provided with the necessary documentation and a dedicated service window. However, the companies have since ceased communication and failed to complete the procedure.

Martínez Acosta noted that the lack of cooperation raises concerns regarding the companies' willingness to operate within the legal framework and provide required information to the state. She further stated that the company managing the drivers has not established the necessary conditions for them to perform their activities in compliance with current regulations.
