San Luis Potosí Governor announces 5,000 new housing lots

Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, the Governor of San Luis Potosí, announced that the ‘Tu Casa Tu Apoyo’ program will deliver 5,000 urbanized land lots within the next two weeks. The initiative is designed for families who lack their own housing or access to mortgage credit, such as those without stable employment or sufficient Infonavit points.

In addition to the land, the governor announced the distribution of 5,000 construction material packages for families who already hold land certificates. The program aims to incorporate an additional 3,000 families, and interested applicants without property can apply through the Secretariat of Social and Regional Development (Sedesore).
