San Luis Province upgrades schools and delivers student bicycles

Mayor Leo Nardini and provincial deputy Luis Vivona inspected the expansion of Escuela Secundaria Nº 26 in Grand Bourg, where three new air‑conditioned classrooms are being added to accommodate more than 640 students. The work, funded by the Educational Fund, is slated for completion early next week to improve learning spaces and meet growing enrollment.

Governor Claudio Poggi visited Leandro N. Alem and handed seven bicycles to fifth‑year students of the Escuela Pública Digital N°28 under the TuBi 2026 program. The governor also distributed copies of the book “Malvinas, El Legado” and highlighted the province’s new natural‑gas connection initiative. The bicycles are assembled locally by San Luis SMEs, promoting sustainable transport and supporting the regional economy.
