San Marino authorizes school transport funding for 2026/2027

The San Marino State Congress has authorized a expenditure of up to 45,000 euros for school transport services for the 2026/2027 academic year. This funding supports the regular line service connecting Rimini, San Marino, and Urbino, to be operated by the Italian company Bonelli Bus S. a. s.

Under the current system, students must advance the cost of their subscriptions, which are then reimbursed by the State. Subscription prices are divided into three tiers, ranging from 1,066 euros to 1,988 euros. The highest tier is primarily utilized by Sammarinese students attending secondary schools in Urbino.
