San Marino youth political groups launch cross-party dialogue

Youth wings of all political parties in San Marino have convened at the new GEN-SM headquarters to establish a cross-party dialogue. Promoted by the organization Generazione San Marino, the initiative aims to move beyond partisan divisions to address critical issues driving young citizens to emigrate.

Key topics discussed during the meeting include employment opportunities, housing availability and rental costs, education, professional training, and entrepreneurship. The groups also addressed the nation's declining birth rate and the impact of social media and artificial intelligence on the younger generation.

Organizers emphasized that the slogan “youth united beyond affiliations” serves as an operational directive to treat young people as the country's most strategic resource. The initiative seeks to transform current discouragement into concrete proposals for the common good, fostering stable collaboration despite political differences.
