Santa Rosa will host the Trazo Pampeano Festival on September 16 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ‘Noche de los Lápices’. Organized by the Municipality of Santa Rosa and the National University of La Pampa, the event uses music, theater, and art to reflect on the history of students kidnapped during the last civic-military dictatorship.

The program includes the play ‘Trazos’ at the Teatro Español, followed by a procession toward Plaza San Martín. The festivities will feature theatrical interventions, video testimonies from survivors, and musical performances by various local groups.

In Rosario, an international symposium titled ‘Strategies against digital violence’ will take place on September 14 at Tecnoteca. The event aims to discuss gender-based digital violence, drawing comparisons between Mexico’s ‘Ley Olimpia’ and the recently approved ‘Ley Ema’ in Santa Fe, Argentina. Participants include international activists and regional representatives to discuss public policy and prevention.
