San Martín de los Andes schools to perform with Orquesta Infantil

The Orquesta Escuela de los Andes, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Education, is launching the first edition of “Las Escuelas Cantan con la Orquesta” in San Martín de los Andes. The project involves more than 200 fourth-grade primary school students who have spent the school year preparing a repertoire of three songs.

The culminating concert will take place on Thursday, October 1, at 4:00 PM in the Javier Carriqueo Municipal Gymnasium. The event is free to the public and features the students performing alongside the Orquesta Infantil. The initiative aims to foster musical learning, teamwork, and community bonds by allowing students to experience collective music-making with a live orchestra.
