San Martín Texmelucan launches citizen complaint awareness campaign

The municipal government of San Martín Texmelucan, led by Mayor Juan Manuel Alonso Ramírez, has launched an awareness campaign to encourage citizens to report complaints and grievances to the proper authorities. Conducted through the Municipal Syndic's Office and the Police Internal Affairs Directorate, the initiative aims to strengthen public security, institutional transparency, and civic participation.

During the campaign, officials provided information on the specific procedures for filing complaints with Internal Affairs and the types of evidence required to facilitate effective follow-up. Mayor Alonso urged residents to engage in responsible reporting by providing data and evidence to help authorities address situations through official channels. Municipal Syndic Alma Delia Cruz Alvarado emphasized the importance of providing clear information regarding citizens' rights and the specific agencies responsible for handling reports.
