Guardia di Finanza seizes venues in Calabria and Cosenza

The Guardia di Finanza has conducted several operations in southern Italy targeting unauthorized public entertainment and safety violations.

In San Nicola Arcella, authorities executed an urgent preventive seizure of a well-known nightclub due to irregularities regarding its usability and safety conditions. The measure, coordinated with the Prosecutor's Office of Paola, resulted in the closure of the venue and the application of seals to ensure public safety.

In Curinga, a hospitality structure was partially seized after hosting an unauthorized entertainment event attended by approximately 300 people. Investigators found that the event lacked the necessary permits and fire safety documentation (SCIA). Additionally, nine workers were discovered performing duties without legal employment contracts. The owner has been reported to the Prosecutor's Office of Lamezia Terme.
