The tenth edition of the Trasyunga de Enduro was held in San Pedro de Jujuy, organized by the local municipality in collaboration with the Club de Enduro y Rescate. The event served as a driver for sports tourism, providing economic benefits to local entrepreneurs, hoteliers, and the gastronomy sector through visitors arriving from various points in the Northwest Argentina (NOA) region.
A notable change for this edition was the starting point, located at the Mirador in the La Merced neighborhood, a construction project currently nearing completion. This change allowed local residents to view the competition for free as participants traversed a ‘super prime’ section before heading toward Tierra Brava. Mayor Julio Bravo noted that the event brought many pilots and their families to the city for several days, supporting local businesses during a difficult economic period.
