San Pedro de Vilcabamba to host VII Rural Parish Governments Meeting

San Pedro de Vilcabamba will host the VII Meeting of Rural Parish Governments on October 30, 2026. The event is expected to bring together delegations from 57 rural parishes in the Loja region for a day of cultural, sporting, and gastronomic activities.

The program includes a parade of troupes, sports competitions, an exhibition of local entrepreneurship, and medical services. Featured participants include Finca La Marquesa, a coffee enterprise from San Pedro de Vilcabamba. Other offerings will include honey, recycled goods, and craft beer. The event will conclude with the ‘Noche de la Ruralidad’ at 20:00.
