San Pietro in Carpignana implements unified urban park management

The municipality of San Pietro in Carpignana has launched a new management strategy for the Quiliano urban park to resolve long-standing administrative fragmentation. Following a conference at Villa Maria, officials announced a shift toward a unified management model.

Previously, the park was managed through various individual contracts and conflicting stakeholders, leading to inconsistent results. The new approach establishes a single interlocutor for the municipality regarding licenses and management. This consolidated system will function similarly to a large condominium, with all participating entities working under a single, synchronized management structure and common contract deadlines.
