San Quintín agricultural workers receive expanded municipal fee exemptions

The Baja California State Congress has approved an expansion of municipal fee exemptions for agricultural workers in San Quintín. The reform to the San Quintín Revenue Law aims to facilitate administrative procedures related to land regularization, social housing, and the integration of basic services.

The updated measure includes exemptions for procedures handled by the National Institute for Sustainable Land (Insus) and the Institute for the Development of Real Estate Housing for Baja California (Indivi). It also covers residency letters, birth certificate rectifications, environmental impact statements, and taxes on the acquisition of real estate. This follows a previous measure approved on August 13 regarding territorial regularization and social housing as part of the Justice Plan for Agricultural Workers in San Quintín.
