San Rafael launches community singing workshops

The Municipality of San Rafael has implemented the ‘Pausa y Encuentro’ spaces, designed to provide support and community for residents traveling from surrounding districts for medical appointments or administrative tasks.

As part of this initiative, recreational singing workshops for seniors have been introduced. Led by instructor Mari Robert, the sessions focus on music and social connection rather than professional training. The program emphasizes play, movement, and organic development to create a relaxed public space.

The workshops are held at two locations: the Saavedra 273 site on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the San Luis and Comandante Salas site on Saturdays. The program is open to both those utilizing the municipal spaces and the broader community.
