Instituto Universitario River Plate opens 2027 enrollment in Río Grande

The Municipality of Río Grande has announced that enrollment remains open for the 2027 academic cycle at the Instituto Universitario River Plate (IURP). This initiative is part of the Formación Deportiva RGA program and operates under an existing cooperation agreement between the municipality and the institute.

The academic offerings focus on sports, physical activity, and education. Programs include a Physical Education teaching degree, as well as bachelor degrees in Sports Journalism, Physical Activity and Sport, Sports Marketing, and Sports Administration. Curricular complementation cycles are also available for those seeking these specific degrees.

To facilitate access to higher education without requiring students to leave the province, the courses utilize a hybrid modality. This combines distance learning through a virtual platform with in-person practical sessions held in local sports facilities. Interested individuals can obtain more information at the Dirección de Formación y Estudios Superiores on Belgrano 970 or via the provided contact email and telephone.
