San Rafael universities seek academic ties with Hebei University

Representatives from approximately ten universities in San Rafael met with a delegation from Hebei University, China, to promote academic cooperation and educational exchange opportunities.

The meeting included local officials such as Mayor Omar Félix and academic leaders like Dr. Yan Yi. Participating institutions included the National University of Cuyo, the National Technological University, and several other regional universities.
