San Severo drug operation leads to arrest of two brothers and seizure of 7.6kg of cocaine

Law enforcement officers from the State Police and Carabinieri conducted a drug trafficking operation in San Severo, resulting in the arrest of two brothers. During a search of their residence, authorities discovered over 7.6 kilograms of cocaine, which was found divided into ten cellophane-wrapped packages inside a cardboard box.

In addition to the narcotics, investigators seized a precision scale and various materials used for packaging drugs. One of the suspects reportedly has a prior criminal record related to drug offenses. The two individuals have been transferred to the Foggia prison and remain at the disposal of the judicial authorities as preliminary investigations continue.
