San Severo hospital rescues infant after choking hazard

Medical staff at the Teresa Masselli Mascia Hospital in San Severo successfully performed an emergency rescue on an infant. The child had ingested a foreign object, specifically the cap or upper part of a nasal spray, which posed a significant choking risk.

Emergency services (118) transported the infant to the emergency room, where medical personnel mobilized immediately to remove the object. The intervention was successful, and the child was saved.
