San Vito to inaugurate new multipurpose sports center

The new San Vito Multipurpose Sports Center is scheduled to be inaugurated on Saturday, September 19, at 4:00 PM. Located on via Paolo Ferrari, 9, the facility is designed to promote social cohesion, with a specific focus on family inclusion and accessibility for all age groups.

The complex includes sports locker rooms, a multifunctional hall for family services, creative play spaces for children, areas for extracurricular workshops, an outdoor play area, a kitchen, a bar, administrative offices, and green spaces. The project was co-financed by European Union funds through the Next Generation EU – PNRR program.

Management of the center has been awarded to the A.T.S., a partnership formed by two local organizations: Polisportiva San Vito ASD and Circolo ARCI Rinascita San Vito APS. Mayor Massimo Glielmi described the opening as a historic milestone for the community, providing a modern structure to meet the needs of residents ranging from youth to the elderly.
