Sanas expands Philippine presence with new leadership appointments

Speech AI company Sanas is expanding its operations in the Philippines to integrate artificial intelligence into the local customer experience and BPO sectors. To lead this market expansion, the company has appointed Jack Madrid, the current President and CEO of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), as Sanas Ambassador for the Philippines.

Additionally, Christopher Venturina has been named Director of Business Development for the Philippines. These appointments, effective October 11, 2026, aim to strengthen Sanas’s relationships with enterprises, technology partners, and BPO providers. Sanas currently serves over 200 global enterprises and processes millions of live voice interactions daily.
