Sancor Seguros and HIT launch PI Buenos Aires innovation hub

Sancor Seguros and HIT have launched PI Buenos Aires, a new innovation and coworking project located in the Núñez neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Developed through Sancor Seguros’ real estate vertical in partnership with HIT, the project aims to create a hub for entrepreneurs, researchers, and students to foster collaboration in innovation, health, and education.

The facility will feature 12 levels of offices totaling over 22,000 square meters, designed to accommodate modern working styles. The building includes corporate spaces, an auditorium, flexible areas, and terraces. Additional amenities consist of a ground-floor gastronomic area, a rooftop with river views, 200 parking spaces, and 150 bicycle racks. Sancor Seguros plans to establish its own offices on the ninth and tenth floors.
