Sancor Seguros and HIT launch PI Buenos Aires innovation project

Sancor Seguros and HIT have launched PI Buenos Aires, a new coworking and office project located in the Parque de Innovación in Núñez, Buenos Aires. The development is designed to support entrepreneurs, researchers, and students by fostering collaboration between institutions focused on innovation, health, and education.

The project features 12 levels of office space totaling over 22,000 square meters, an auditorium, flexible workspaces, and terraces. Additionally, the building will include a ground floor dedicated to gastronomy, 200 parking spaces, 150 bicycle racks, and a rooftop with river views. Sancor Seguros intends to occupy the ninth and tenth floors of the complex.
