Sancta to open first reformer Pilates studio in Tribeca

Sancta, a high-end studio specializing in reformer Pilates, has secured its first location at 124 Hudson Street in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The company signed a seven-year lease for the 2,350-square-foot ground-floor space.

The lease was negotiated with landlord Marx Realty, with an asking rent of $150 per square foot. The studio is expected to open in 2027. The location is situated near the Holland Tunnel and the Hudson River waterfront, positioned to serve an affluent demographic of professionals and local residents.
