Sancti Spíritus honors Eusebio Leal and Roberto Vitlloch Fernández

Sancti Spíritus will hold various tributes to honor the legacy of Eusebio Leal Spengler on the 84th anniversary of his birth. The Office of the Conservator of Sancti Spíritus is leading the commemorations.

Events include the premiere of the documentary ‘El eterno conservador de Sancti Spíritus’, produced by Audiovisuales Escambray. The film highlights the work of architect Roberto Vitlloch Fernández, the former director of the office until 2025, and explores his contributions to urban rehabilitation and heritage management in the region. Additionally, composer Carlos Manuel Borroto will present a song dedicated to Vitlloch Fernández at the La Merced Convention Center.
