SanDisk launches high-endurance NAS SSD portfolio
SanDisk has announced the launch of its SANDISK® NAS portfolio, a series of high-endurance solid-state drives (SSDs) designed for modern network-attached storage (NAS) environments. The portfolio is aimed at prosumers and small businesses requiring reliable, high-speed private cloud deployments for collaborative workflows.
The lineup includes two primary models:
• SANDISK® NAS 600 SATA SSD: Designed to replace traditional hard disk drives (HDDs) or act as a solid-state cache, this model offers up to 2,500 TBW (on the 4TB model) and sequential reads up to 560MB/s. It is available in capacities ranging from 500GB to 4TB.
• SANDISK® NAS 800 NVMe™ SSD: Built for all-flash and hybrid NAS systems, this PCIe® 5.0-based drive is engineered for business-critical workloads. It features a high-endurance rating of up to 14 PBW (on the 7.68TB model) and delivers random read/write speeds of up to 2.3M/2M IOPS.
