SanDisk launches 2TB Optimus GX C50 storage card for Xbox Series X|S

SanDisk has released the Optimus GX C50, an officially licensed storage expansion card for Microsoft’s Xbox Series X and Series S consoles. The card is offered in 512 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB capacities and plugs directly into the console’s dedicated expansion slot, using an NVMe SSD that complies with the Xbox Velocity Architecture and supports Quick Resume.

The device provides plug‑and‑play performance comparable to the internal SSD, allowing games to run directly from the card without reinstalling. Each purchase includes a one‑month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for new users. Pricing varies by market: in France the 2 TB model is €296.99, in the United States the 1 TB version retails for $265.99, and in Poland the 2 TB version costs 1 280 PLN.
