Sandra Bullock discusses career challenges and potential reunion with Hugh Grant
Actress Sandra Bullock has reflected on the challenges faced during the early stages of her Hollywood career. She recalled working as a waitress in New York and facing inappropriate conduct during auditions, noting that she chose to set boundaries and refuse roles that did not align with her values despite the professional risks.
Bullock, who rose to prominence with the 1994 film ‘Speed’, also discussed her decision to step away from romantic comedies to pursue more serious dramatic roles. Following a hiatus from cinema, she is returning to the screen with ‘Practical Magic 2’.
In recent interviews promoting the sequel, Bullock expressed a strong desire to collaborate again with British actor Hugh Grant. The two previously starred together in the 2002 romantic comedy ‘Two Weeks Notice’ (L'Amour sans préavis), which remains their only film collaboration to date.
