Mauro Icardi files legal action against Wanda Nara over children's social media exposure

Icardi's attorney, Elba Marcovecchio, stated that the claim is based on the frequent sharing of the children's faces, which reportedly violates existing judicial prohibitions regarding their privacy.

The conflict intensified following the tenth birthday celebration of their daughter, Isabella. While Nara shared photos and videos of the event on Instagram, Icardi's legal team argues these posts constitute a provocation and a breach of court-ordered privacy measures.
