Sandra Mihanovich to celebrate 40 years of “Soy lo que soy” in Rosario

Argentine singer Sandra Mihanovich will perform on Saturday, 8 August, at 20:00 in the Teatro Broadway in Rosario. The concert marks a special celebration of more than four decades since the release of her iconic album and song “Soy lo que soy”, a work she says helped define her career during Argentina’s early democratic renewal.

Mihanovich will be backed by her band, with Leo Sujatovich directing the arrangements. She reflected on the song’s origins, recorded with Angel Mahler’s arrangements after discovering it on a trip to Brazil, and noted how the track has resonated across generations and diverse audiences. The show will feature the album’s eleven tracks alongside other classics such as “Todo me recuerda a ti”, “Puerto Pollensa” and “Honrar la vida”.
